Description

Project consists of exterior and interior improvements to stabilize and seal the envelope of two adjacent historic stone buildings, which have been out of use for many years. The project scope includes but is not necessarily limited to tuckpointing of stone, replacing shingle roofs, repairing damaged sheathing and subfloor, removing all obsolete building systems and damaged interior finishes, adding vapor barrier to crawlspaces, replacing all windows and doors, and repairing and painting all exterior trim.
