Lafayette Parks and Recreation Columbian Park Restrooms Phase 2 - Sidewalks

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lafayette, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot. New sidewalks to connect the public restroom building to the existing network of sidewalks, trails, streets, and parking in Columbian Park. Each bid shall be accompanied by an executed non-collusion affidavit, an executed bid bond in the minimum amount of five percent (5%) of the bid and such other documents required by the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish an approved combination performance and payment bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities, irregularities, or errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law.
