A. All work and materials shall be new and to the satisfaction of the project engineer and or superintendent. The work shall be in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications. The Contractor shall cooperate with the County of Bergen and its agents so that no error or discrepancy in the drawings or specifications shall cause defective, old or used materials to be installed or substituted.
