Muskegon County Road Commission Janitorial and Grounds Maintenance Services For: Muskegon Rest Area Muskegon County It is the intent of the Muskegon County Road Commission, on behalf of the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), to contract maintenance activities for the following rest area: R-501 SB US-31 approximately 0.5 miles south of White Lake Rd. exit, south of Whitehall, MI (Address: 5344 Automobile Rd., Muskegon, MI) Maintenance responsibilities for this contract include the following sections from the TECHNICAL SPECIAL PROVISIONS: I. General Maintenance II. Building Maintenance III. General Grounds and Flower Bed Landscaping IV. Lawn Maintenance V. Rest Area Refuse Disposal All bids are to be received on the bid form provided and in a sealed envelope plainly marked as to the item bid upon and the name of bidder. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities in any bid and make award in any manner deemed for the best interests of the County.
