Description

Construction is currently underway on the Theater Terrace Apartments, which is the second apartment building Woodview Group is constructing near the city's Library Park area. The 61-unit building will be at 5945 6th Ave. In a conversation with the city's plan commission on May 4 before the commission approved Woodview Group's request for a conditional use permit extension for the Simmons Terrace Apartments, Ebacher said he was open to tweaking the building's planned exterior look to better fit with the surrounding historic area. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Construction is under way.
