Description

The Project consists of providing and installing gas fired package roof-top units with electric air conditioning and economizer operation to furnish outside air ventilation via CO2 sensor operated demand control ventilation. Three units of this type are proposed for the current meeting room, police room and EMA/Storage Room. The corridor and office will be furnished with ductless mini split heat pump systems. The HVAC upgrades will include gas piping, mechanical ducts, and low voltage electrical work.
