ITB PURPOSE. The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract to install temporary traffic control, remove existing damaged concrete, construct reinforced concrete repair, and construct asphalt concrete paving at the Farewell Bend Port-of-Entry (P.O.E.) located at I-84 MP 353. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents.
