Completion Date: Nov. 30, 2022 Pre-Bid Meeting Info: NA Approximate quantities of major items of work are as follows: Clearing and Grubbing 20 TREE, 1.0 LS Remove Pipe Culvert 8 EA Clean Pipe Culvert 200 LF Salvage Guardrail 1 LS Excavation Channel and Pond 1 LS Traffic Control 1 LS RC Pipe Culvert (18" - 24") 643 LF RC Pipe Apron (18" - 24") 22 EA Outlet Control Structure (48" - 60") 2 EA Bituminous Driveway/Roadway Restoration 19,500 SF Site Restoration 21,000 SF The City Council will consider award of contract at their regular meeting held at City Hall on or after Monday, August 22, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 8150 Barbara Avenue. Completion of drainage improvements along the corridor from 69th Street West to 56th Street. Improvements include clearing and grubbing, culvert removal and replacement, new culvert and drainage structure installation, channel grading, pavement removal and restoration, site restoration and necessary traffic control. The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Inver Grove Heights in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the vbid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the vbid is accepted and the bidder fails to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bonds. The City of Inver Grove Heights reserves the right to reject any and all vbids, to waive any informality therein, and to adjourn the meeting to a later date for the purpose of further consideration of the vbids and taking action thereon. No vbid may be withdrawn within 90 days after the date of opening of bids.
