Tiffany Park Vestibule Improvements

The Work includes, but is not limited to: Remove and replace an exterior aluminum storefront system. Install a new interior storefront system to create an entry vestibule with access controls. Remove a portion of an existing storefront and install a new door into the office area. Install new door hardware and electronic controls onto existing doors. Install an electric wall mounted heater in the vestibule. Install new vehicle bollards at the front of the building. Building permits are required from the City of Renton,the Authority Having Jurisdiction of this site.
