Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services for the AMCD Expansion and Remodel Project

The Project is to be designed and constructed using the CM/GC delivery method. The Project will include remodeling of the single-story existing metal building structure of approximately 1,810 sq. ft. w/ storage mezzanine and new construction of a single-story addition metal building and office space of approximately 3,791 sq. ft. The existing building will have a modified restroom, office, clean lab, and shop. The addition will include two offices, kitchen / board room, ADA restroom, and shop.
