The Work includes the following major items: 1. Repairs to building structure, installation of new epoxy floor coatings, line striping, door frame and hardware replacement, directional signage, installation of injection grouting, and masonry repairs. 2. Structural work includes repairs to spalled concrete beams and columns, replacement of building expansion joints, and repairs to deck surfaces. 3.
