Cement Treated Base

The City of Germantown is seeking vendors to provide cement treated base (CTB) for pickup by City trucks on an asneeded basis. In some instances, the City may request the Vendor to deliver the CTB to a specific job site in Germantown. Question Deadline 06/28/2023 at 4:00 PM CT All questions concerning specifications should be sent via email to procurement@germantown-tn.gov All addendums will be posted on the Bid Opportunities Page on the City's Website. It is the responsibility of the vendor to verify and acknowledge any addendums issued. No addenda will be issued later than three (3) business days prior to the date of receipt of bids The City reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to accept a Bid containing variations from these specifications if the Bid so merits, and to accept partial Bids. Bids must be submitted on the Bid document that the City issues and it must be signed.
