Description Project generally consists of the construction of a raised stamped concrete stage and memorial wall to honor those lost in the line of duty. In addition, an existing center raised planter area will be removed and additional stamped concrete will be installed with a decorative inlay for seating at future ceremonies. The project will also include, electrical infrastructure, such as conduit, handholes and receptacles, landscape improvements and flag pole installation.
