Description

Project Budget: $660,000 Designers for replacement of the roof system at the agency headquarters in Raleigh. The WRC Headquarters building was completed in 2006 and included a single-ply TPO membrane roofing system. This roofing system has deteriorated and failed in locations and WRC is seeking to fully replace the entire roof. Project will include complete removal and replacement of approximate 13,000 square foot of roofing along with repairs to roof deck, masonry, and other elements that may have been damaged by roof leaks.
