| Description | Floor replacement, lvt, 6" x 48", to include all labor, material, and delivery required to remove all wood laminate, (excluding ceramic tile) in designated areas, to include the disposal of all material removed (off site in accordance with Alabama Dept. of Environmental Management rules and regulations), to include the preperation of the slab/subfloor to accomodate the new lvt (glue down), to include the delivery of all new lvt flooring and material including glue and any other material required for the installation of the new lvt per the manufacturer's best practice and recommendations to make the floor ready for use by the adoc), to include the installation of new wood quarter round molding (primed and painted to match existing wood base color) in all areas of the new lvt, to include the removal and return of all furniture, and the cleanup of all debris. |
