| Description | Annual Contract for Janitorial Services The City of Grapevine is soliciting Best Value bids for an annual contract for janitorial services as described in the bid specifications. The contract will be for an initial one-year period with options to renew for nine additional oneyear periods. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who provides the services at the BEST VALUE to the City of Grapevine as determined by the evaluation criteria stated in the bid in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 8. Bidders must have a minimum of (10) ten years' experience providing janitorial services in order to be eligible to submit proposals under this bid. |
