Wage determination CA20200018 applies to this requirement NOTE #1 to Offerors: This solicitation is a Request for Proposal. Phase one is the qualifying stage of the solicitation, Phase Two consist of qualified candidates submitting technical and price proposals. NOTE #2 to Offerors: Addendum to block 11, Standard Form 1442: A separate Notice to Proceed will be issued for Design and construction. Design shall be completed prior to the start of construction. Design time is 161 Calendar Days.
