USDA Wastewater System Improvements Project - Gravity Sewer Lining

This Project consists of full lining various sections of gravity sewer throughout the Township totaling approximately 53,300 feet. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Domestic Preference This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 117-58, 70901-70953. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States. The following waivers apply to this Contract: BABAA De Minimis, Small Grants, and Minor Components, Pig iron and direct reduced iron. The Charter Township of Hampton reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Township.
