Well 5 Improvements

Construct Silurian Well 5A and/or 5B including all materials, labor and equipment necessary to construct test wells including mobilization, Well Water Pollution Prevention Plan, 12.25" drill hole, 9.875" drill hole, 6.375" drill hole, installing temporary 7” steel casing pipe, cement grouting, bentonite sealing, well development and test pumping; disinfection, water quality testing; excavation, backfill, and sitework; conversion of test well to production well including backfill test well with lime screenings, removal of 7" steel casing pipe, reaming bore holes, installation of 12" steel casing pipe, grout, test pumping, development of well, and water quality sampling; seeding and miscellaneous associated work including cleanup.
