| Description | Provide the City of Minot with preliminary, design, and construction engineering services for the mill and overlay of 16th St SW from 24th Ave SW to 37th Ave SW and Mill and Overlay of 37th Ave SW from 16th St SW to Broadway. This project is funded through the NDDOT Urban Roads program and other local funding sources. Consultant must have the ability and experience to design and inspect an arterial roadway mill and overlay project that will include NEPA document, asphalt mill and overlay, LED street lighting conversion, and ADA ramp upgrades.
