Description

Remove and replace the existing Domestic Water Heater, piping and other accessories. Procure and install a new Steam to Hot Water Heater which shall include: hot water heating supply piping, re-circulated hot water heating piping and associated fittings. This shall include supplying and installing schedule 40 black steel pipe, fittings, shut off valves/isolation valves elbows, thermostat, insulating the pipes with pipe insulation. The Contractor shall restore damaged floors, walls and ceiling system to their original condition affected by the Description of Work and cleanup job site. The existing Steam Heat Exchanger system shall remain and reused.
