2022 Edwardsville City Hall Roof Project

The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervisions, and other facilities necessary to perform the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. Please include separate bid prices for Phase 1 and Phase 2 as they may be selected individually. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: Phase 1- Tear off existing roofing and install new roof drains, and install a 60 mil TPO system (approx. 4,500 SF). Include unit pricing for metal deck repair. Additional specs on page 3.Phase 2- Tear off existing composite shingles around the entire City Hall building parapet, remove any shake shingles that may be present under composite shingles. Replace any areas where decking has rotted, and install ice and water shield. Install CertainTeed Landmark laminated composition shingles, color selected by owner.
