| Description | As of June 14 the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established . Replace both flat and pitched roofs on the Chapel building by removing from the 36 pitched roof, 2,750 square feet of shingles and underlayment to roof deck, install new water and ice membrane, 37 synthetic underlayment and 3-tab shingles and associated flashing. Removing from the flat roof 635 square feet of 38 built-up roof and 1"barrier board to concrete deck, install new 5" rigid insulation and fully adhered EPDM 39 membrane with associated wood blocking and flashing.
