PSI Project No. 00922185 The Village of Kohler (Owner) is receiving sealed Bids for the construction of the following Project: Village of Kohler, Woodlake Road Utility & Street Improvements Engineers project #2217840 Work for this contract includes but is not limited to the following general descriptions. Approximately 752 linear feet of sanitary sewer main removal and replacement. Remove and replace 9 sanitary sewer manholes. Approximately 2,250 linear feet of roadway reconstruction to include milling and removing existing asphalt pavement and repaving with new asphalt per plan documents and specifications. The project is anticipated to have multiple phases for completion of the work. Sanitary sewer work is expected to be completed in 2022 along with temporary asphalt pavement patching. Remainder of roadway reconstruction to begin and be complete in 2023 .
