| Description | GDOT broadband fiber optic network and any future fiber optic expansion on limited access right of way in the State of Georgia and (2) future wireless antennas and support structures on limited access right of way in the State of Georgia. The Private Partner would provide preconstruction design, permitting (if needed), utility coordination, and other related services necessary to design the Project. The Private Partner would provide financing for the Project. The Private Partner would provide material, equipment, and services needed to build, operate, and maintain the Project.
