Description

The project consists of earthworks services to construct and operate a dewatering basin for salt water dredge spoils at Monument Beach in Bourne including coordination with The Barnstable County (hydraulic) Dredge for the dredging of Little Bay. The contractor will be responsible for management of all land-side activities to include earthworks to construct and operate the dewatering basin, onsite stockpiling of sediment (or trucking to nearby storage site) and cleanup / beach grading. The estimated volume of dredge material is approximately 18,000 cubic yards. Start date is expected for December 1st unless the Barnstable County Dredge is delayed and project is estimated to have a 3+/- week duration.
