Cleaning and Television Inspection of Sanitary Sewers Annual Contract (2022)

The principal features of the work will consist of an annual contract for cleaning and television inspection of sanitary sewers within the ECUA sanitary sewer collection system. All questions about the meaning or intent of the bidding documents are to be submitted to Engineer (Wendy Gavin, P.E., Manager of Wastewater Infrastructure) in writing via email at wendy.gavin@ecua.fl.gov up to seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. Interpretations or clarification considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by addenda to the ECUA website to all parties registered to receive documents about this bid via the website. Questions received less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date for the opening of bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
