J065--FY21: Motorized Gate Repairs: New Requirement

This service contract is to provide all labor, tools, material, and special equipment necessary for a contractor to Remove existing motorized gate operators and install new motorized gate operators. All work and testing will be performed at VA Medical Center, West Palm Beach, 7305 N Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Fl. Contractor shall follow all state, local, and federal guidelines. The following is a list of minimum work needed. This list is not all inclusive. 1. Contractor shall remove and replace existing slide gate operators with a Liftmaster SL-585UL Heavy Duty Industrial Slide Gate Operator a. 1 HP, 460 VAC, 3 PH motor to be mounted in the existing concrete pad, installed, and connected to the existing slide gates located at the Military Trail Entrance 2. Contractor shall remove and replace existing slide gate operators with a Liftmaster SL-585UL Heavy Duty Industrial Slide Gate Operator a. 1 HP, 460 VAC, 3 PH motor to be mounted in the existing concrete pad, installed, and connected to the existing slide gates located at the Blue Heron Entrance. 3. Contractor shall remove and replace existing slide gate operators with a Liftmaster SL-585UL Heavy Duty Industrial Slide Gate Operator a. 1 HP, 460 VAC, 3 PH motor to be mounted in the existing concrete pad, installed, and connected to the existing slide gates located at the Four Corners Entrance. 4. Contractor shall remove and replace existing slide gate operators with a Liftmaster SL-585UL Heavy Duty Industrial Slide Gate Operator a. 1 HP, 460 VAC, 3 PH motor to be mounted in the existing concrete pad, installed, and connected to the existing slide gates located at the Logistics gate Entrance. 5. Upon completion of work, the contractor will coordinate with the COR and perform a full operational test at each location.
