Description | Est. Value Notes: Between $5,700,000 and $6,300,000 This project will construct the downstream end of the Tennessee & Oneida Storm System project, which will improve ponding and localized flooding at the sump in S. Oneida St just north of Tennessee Ave. This first phase of construction will remove and replace the outlet structure of Lollipop Lake in Garland Park, replace the culvert across Cherry Creek Drive North and rebuild the outfall into Cherry Creek. Phase 1 will also build the downstream end of a new storm system pipe network, which will outfall into Garland Park and convey stormwater runoff into Lollipop Lake via a graded and landscaped swale. The new stormdrain will come out onto S Kearney St and make the turn eastward onto Mississippi Ave, where the storm system improvements will terminate for Phase 1. Denver Parks will also make improvements around Lollipop Lake, which will include minor grading, landscaping and irrigation improvements. 13% MWBE PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Each bidder must be prequalified in category 1E(4) PIPED SEWER at or above the $9,000,000.00 monetary level. The work shall consist of installation, monitoring and testing of compaction grouting within the limits indicated on the Drawings to meet the acceptance criteria presented in within these specifications. B. In connection with the compaction grouting program, as shown on the drawings, the grouting contractorshall provide all labor, materials and equipment as detailed in the contract documents and within the Measurement and Payment to accomplish the work: Between $5,700,000 and $6,300,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
