Sidewalks in the Shiloh Neighborhood

The Project includes proposed sidewalk along Shiloh Road, Hampton Road, and Brooklyn Road with associated Curb and Gutter along with drainage improvements for existing downspouts attached to the Shiloh Community Center building along Brooklyn Road. Additionally, the work includes the construction of ADA improvements along Brooklyn Road, Shiloh Road, and Hampton Street. All questions concerning this Advertisement for Bids should be submitted via email to: Rebecca Cipriano rcipriano@ashevillenc.gov Questions pertaining to the bid will be answered in the form of a written addenda posted to the City of Asheville's bid page no later than seven (7) days before the opening of bids. Construction Start Late August 2023 The Bidder shall provide applicable ABI Affidavits, as described in the project manual - Asheville Business Inclusion (ABI Goals), with their bid in order to be deemed responsive, failure to do so will result in the Bidders bid being deemed non-responsive and disqualified. As of January 1, 2021 the Asheville Business Inclusion policy will be in full force and effect. This policy requires a showing, by the Bidder, of Minority and Women Business Enterprise outreach. The City of Asheville reserves the right to postpone bid openings for its own convenience. In the event of inclement weather and the City Offices are closed, the bid opening will be held at 11:00 a.m. the next business day that the City Offices are open
