Description

In general, Work includes complete demolition and remodel of the existing restrooms at all levels of the building to meet current ADA standards. This generally includes the removal and replacement of floor, ceiling and wall finishes, new bathroom fixtures and toilet partitions, and modifications to the existing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Restroom entrances and drinking fountains to be modified/replaced as required to meet ADA requirements. Deposits will be returned in full upon giving the complete set and any received addenda in good condition to A&D Technical Supply within 14 days of the bid opening.
