2021 ARP Project

The scope of work for this project includes upgrades to classroom unit ventilators, ventilation and classroom VRF systems The Wellsville CSD Invites Bids for General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical Work for the 2021 Arp Project Project. The Project is Located at 126 West State Street, Wellsville, New York - 14895. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $2,000,000.00 Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. Multiple Contract Project consisting of the following prime contracts: a. General Construction. b. Mechanical Construction. c. Electrical Construction. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of [5%] five percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of [45] forty-five days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Attention of the Bidder is particularly called to the Owners sales tax exemption, the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and the minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. In addition, the Bidding Documents for this project contain detailed requirements for the qualification of Bidders. These include, among other things, rigid bonding and insurance requirements, financial statements, bank references, lists of lawsuits, arbitrations or other proceedings in which the Bidder has been named as a party, a statement of suretys intent to issue Performance and Payment Bonds, and a description of other projects of similar size and scope completed by the Bidder. Bidders will comply with New York State prevailing wage and supplement requirements which must be complied with on the Project.
