Speculative Building Roof System

Bids for two options on roof systems for the Spec Building located on Currie Street. Option 1 – The design, fabrication, and installation of a new metal roof system over the top of the existing roof at the facility located on Currie Street in Hazlehurst, Ga. New structural steel will connect to the existing roof structural steel system. Winning bidder will be responsible for all site measurements, structural design, and drawings for this roof system. New gutter and downspout system will be required. Itemized breakdown of materials, labor, and equipment will be required with materials description. Option 2 – Inspection, repairs, and replacement of existing single ply roof membrane system. Winning bidder will be responsible for all site measurements and flashing detail drawings for this roof system. New gutter and downspout system will be required. There is abandoned HVAC equipment on these roofs that will need to be removed and roof curbs to be capped and sealed. This is to be included in both options above.
