| Description | Renovation of bathrooms at Dedham Housing Authority's Parker Staples Road 200-1 Development. DHCD#073129. The development consists of 13 two-story, wood-framed duplex-type buildings, and each of the 26 units has a full bathroom on the second floor requiring component and finish replacement to varying degrees. Scope of work includes removal and replacement of flooring, tile surrounds, bathtub/shower fixtures, bath fans and accessories. Selective replacement of wall-hung sinks, faucets and toilets. Also painting and bathtub reglazing. Electrical includes light fixture, GFCI and bath fan switch replacement. In accordance with Article 9 of the General Conditions, the Work shall start as stated in the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within 196 consecutive calendar days.
