| Description | Front Gate Monument Sign for Terrell State Hospital at 1200 East Brin Street, Terrell, Texas. The contractor shall fabricate and install 1 Full Stone Monument with the below specifications: 1. Manufacture and install ALL Stone monument sign (15’ L x 6’ H), Black, New Times Roman Font – 12” Type set reverse illuminated aluminum grade letters. 2. Aluminum sub-Frame: 2” x 2” x 3/16” aircraft grade square tubing fully welded. 3. Concrete reinforced fiber board: 5/8” thick used to permanently attach stone to sub-frame. 4. Stone: Stone is to match existing “Guard Shack”. 4” Flag Stone. 5. Stone Top Cap: 2.25" thick pre-cast stone 6. Contractor shall build concrete pad 24" x 15' 3" x 4" deep 7. Concrete PSI Pier Pipe: 3000 PSI 8. Pier Drill - 2@12"- x 6' piers. |
