| Description | For Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Chemicals A contract will be awarded for a term of one year with renewal options for up to four (4) additional twelve (12) month terms, subject to contract performance and an annual appropriation by the Raleigh City Council. The responsibility for submitting a response to this ITB at the City of Raleigh, Procurement Division on or before the stipulated time and date will be solely and strictly the responsibility of the bidder. Any proposals received after stipulated time and date will not be accepted, nor opened, and will be returned. The time stamp located in the Procurement Division shall be the official time of receipt. |
