GLAD Phase I Roadway and Infrastructure

Construction of 700 LF of new asphalt roadway with concrete curb and gutter, new driveway connection (consisting of 3 12 lanes) to SR 71, 75 diameter stabilized turnaround area, asphalt right turn lane on SR 71, extension of 10 water main and associated appurtenances, extension of 8 gravity sewer main and associated sewer manholes, storm inlets, and storm pipe. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Bidders are encouraged to solicit Minority and Service-Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise participation and provide documentation of such solicitation.
