Clifton WRRF Replacement

The Project consists of one prime contract for construction of a replacement of the existing WRRF with a new packaged WRRF; design, removal and replacement of electrical system from the main feed to the generator and from the main feed to existing electrified devices and equipment; construction of a new precast concrete operations building, including design and construction of the supporting slab; rehabilitation of the tertiary filters including removal and replacement of the sand, gravel, and piping, raising of the filter cell walls; construction of a new ultraviolet disinfection system; construction of a new influent flow metering manhole with flow meter; construction improvements to multiple structures to raise their operating elevation by two feet; and other site improvements to supply equal treatment capacity and comply with the existing permit.
