Description

Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 7,209 LF of onsite 10” and 8” water, 3,610 LF of offsite 8” water, 7,553 LF of 8” sanitary sewer, and 6,800 LF of 4’ x 4’ RCB through 18” RCP storm sewer, all as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans, and City of McKinney specifications to serve 160 lots on approximately 44 acres. The project is located South and West of the intersection of CR 412 & CR 409 in City of McKinney ETJ, Collin County, Texas.
