Butler County Courthouse Window and Door Replacement

Site Directions: Butler County Courthouse in Poplar Bluff, MO Description: The project shall consist of Window and Exterior Door Replacements throughout the courthouse. Additional Description: The windows and doors shall be commercial components, with a powder-coated finish as determined by the owner. Bid Results will be posted online by 5:00PM of the Following Day of the Bid Opening. You may also call our office and request a faxed copy after the date specified above. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening. The Owner hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply.
