Description

A. Resurface Parking Lots & Restripe – Approx. 20,000 SF • Remove asphalt for transitions. • Remove and repair any damaged areas. • Clean and prep area for resurfacing • Remove bumper blocks and replace upon completion of resurfacing and striping. • Apply “Tack Coat” asphalt adhesive to surface. • Place 2 inches of SM9.5A VDOT approved Top Course asphalt and compact. • Stripe lot per existing layout to include handicaps, curbing, etc. for ADA compliance. B. Resurface Dumpster Lot – Approx. 6,200 SF • Remove broken areas and repair. • Clean and prep surface thoroughly for resurfacing. • Apply “Tack Coat” asphalt adhesive to surface. • Place 2 inches of SM9.5A VDOT approved Top Course asphalt and compact.
