Lincoln ES Tenant Improvement and Addition

General Contract consisting primarily of an approximately 575SF single story staff room addition to the North side of the school, which includes demolition of a portion of the existing steel framed covered canopy and new extension of the same canopy on one side of the addition. The structure will be a standalone addition, not structurally connected to the existing building but connected by a seismic joint. Interior improvements to the addition will include new kitchenette, concrete floors, standard acoustical ceiling and lighting. Additionally, a minor interior TI of the existing FCRC program will include demo of existing casework and operable wall and addition of all new casework and finishes
