Green Infrastructure Vegetation Enhancements

The District is taking bids for a requirement contract for bioretention basin rehabilitation and installation of plantings at four green infrastructure sites operated by NEORSD. The purpose of this bid, and the requirement contract to be awarded following an evaluation of the bids received, is for the contractor to rehabilitate two bioretention basins at Easterly Tunnel Dewatering Pump Station (ETDPS) and Euclid Creek Tunnel Shaft Site 5 (ECT-5), provide all labor, tools, and equipment as required for all enhancements. Also, to furnish and install vegetation at Slavic Village Demonstration Green Infrastructure and Woodland Central East Basin Green Infrastructure including removal and disposal of all existing plantings, mulch and soil mix. Contractors shall provide all permits, fees, tests, inspections, certifications, and applicable requirements relative to the execution of the scope of work specified herein.
