HVAC Parts and Accessories

The City of Scottsdale invites submittals for the purchase of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) parts, components, accessories, evaporative cooling parts and building automation parts. QUESTIONS DUE: 10:00 A.M., LOCAL TIME, AUGUST 3, 2022 The City of Scottsdale's estimated annual expenditures for HVAC parts and accessories is approximately two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00). Actual purchases will vary based on the needs of City of Scottsdale and the parts available through the contracted vendor. The above figure is for information purposes only. The inventory of items listed herein is indicative to the types and an estimated quantity of HVAC parts and accessories currently used by the City of Scottsdale. The list is not to be construed as the complete inventory utilized by the City of Scottsdale and is not to be construed as requiring the City of Scottsdale to purchase any specific items or quantities. The list of items and quantities as stated on the Bid Form are furnished to aid the Bidder in internal planning of award. The term of this Contract shall be for a one (1) year period from the effective date of the contract award. The City and Contractor may mutually agree to extend this Contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods, upon the recommendation of the Contract Administrator, concurrence of the Purchasing Director and/or City Council, depending on the Contract.
