Appalachian State University NRLP Parking Lot Refurbishment

Project #17.000420.00 Appalachian State University is seeking bidders interested in completing the New River Light and Power parking lot refurbishment in Boone, NC. The project will include: the removal of the existing parking lot asphalt paving, regrading and drainage improvements on the site and installation of new asphalt paving, replacement of the paver sidewalks with concrete walks and ice melt systems, asphalt paving of a service drive at the Stanberry Circle site. If a contractor is bidding under the dual system both as a single prime contractor and as a separate prime contractor, they must submit the bids on separate forms and in separate envelopes. Bidders should clearly indicate on the outside of the bid envelope which contract(s) on which they are bidding.
