39--Fall Restraints Purchase and Install

FOB Destination shall be Selfridge ANG Base, MI 48045 The Michigan Air National Guard Consolidated Contracting (MACC) requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following: LI 001: PURCHASE AND INSTALL 100' Horizontal Lifeline (HLL) FALL PROTECTION SYSTEM with 3 intermediate brackets and 2- 50' SRL's. Removal of existing overhead HLL 1-100'System IAW OSHA STANDARDS/REQUIREMENTS. (A Final engineered stamped letter of Certification of System required) Contractor will provide necessary equipment and materials to install Fall Protection Systems (i.e. Fork Lift, Tools, Etc.) ** SYSTEMS TO BE INSTALLED IN AIRCRAFT HANGER 35 LOCATED AT SELFRIDGE ANGB, MI 48045 **, 1, EA; LI 002: PURCHASE AND INSTALL 60' Horizontal Lifeline (HLL) FALL PROTECTION SYSTEM with 1 intermediate bracket and 2 Trolleys and 2-20' SRL's. Removal of existing overhead HLL 2-60'System IAW OSHA STANDARDS/REQUIREMENTS.
