TU4 Accessible Building Entrance and HVAC Replacement - Rebid

As of October 14, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Project A: Removal of existing concrete walks, ramps, roof, entrance, and landscaping at the front entrance to building 4. The new work includes installing a new roof and canopy at the entrance as well as a new entrance door. Site work includes new accessible ramps and walks to the existing entrances to TU4, as well as new decorative landscaping around the new work. Existing benches at the site are being relocated for easier pedestrian use. Project B: Removal and replacement of existing cooling coil, refrigerant piping and Condensing unit serving AC-1 and AC-2. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 120 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed.
