| Description | Scope: The Project includes qualified plumbing contractors to replace 4 commercial grade hot water heaters in the Upson County Jail Facility. Replace (4) 100 Gallon A.O. Smith 199k BTU water heaters with power vents, 2 upstairs and 2 in conference room. Replace all dielectric unions and fittings going into the water heaters. In conference room, repair all copper lines that are leaking – ¾” to 2” copper fittings and pipe. Replace circulation pump in upstairs water heater room. |
