Berry Street Pavement Rehabilitation

Construction of the project known as BERRY STREET PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT, according to drawings and specifications and according to the Contract Documents and other work not specifically mentioned herein, but which may be required as directed by the Engineer or his designated representative. Each Bidder must submit with its bid security in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate amount ofthe base bid in one of the following forms: cashier's check made payable to the City, a certified check made payable to the City, or a bidder's bond executed by a corporate surety authorized to engage in such business in the State, made payable to the City. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, as well as a faithful performance bond, in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids; to make any awards or any rejections in what it alone considers to be in the best interest of the City, and waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids.
