HVAC Preventative Maintenance

Preventative maintenance and as-needed HVAC repair and/or replacement for all HVAC equipment, for Chesterfield County and Chesterfield County Public Schools (CCPS) (herein referred to as “the County” and “CCPS”). The work under this contract will be on existing equipment for various County buildings. This contract will include all HVAC equipment, although preventative maintenance for chillers and cooling towers may be done in-house. Examples of work that could be required under the as-needed HVAC repair and/or replacement portions of the contract may include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Inspection, maintenance, and repair of all types of HVAC systems and equipment 2. Troubleshoot, localize, and repair control circuits, electric motors and compressors 3. Replace worn or defective parts or complete devices when conditions warrant 4. Recover/recycle all Chlorine Fluorine Carbon (CFC’s) and Hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC’s) in accordance with the Clean Air Act and containment regulations thereof
